Art Therapy is a form of therapy that can help children and young people explore personal issues. Talking about personal issues is not easy to do, and sometimes it is hard to put those thoughts and feelings into words. This is where the help of the art materials can make it easier to help express how you may feel.
Art Therapy is not about creating a fantastic piece of art. You don’t need to be able to draw or paint, but willing to try. Art therapy can be provided by a Trained Art Therapist on a one to one basis or in a group setting.
