Getting Involved

YESS have a number of volunteering opportunities for those who would like to offer their time and skills to the organisation.  We currently have opportunities for trainee counsellors, qualified therapy staff, trustees, and people to support our fundraising projects.

We regularly consider applications from trainee counsellors and therapists to complete their placement hours.  We also welcome applications from qualified counsellors and therapists who are looking to develop their skills and knowledge of working with children and young people.  Applicants would be required to work across areas including Cannock, Rugeley, Burton and Uttoxeter.  Hours are flexible depending on the level of demand.  For an application pack, or to have an informal chat, please contact the Senior Therapist via email at Rochelle.gray@yes-s.org.uk, or you can call us on 01889 567 756.

YESS is managed by a dedicated board of trustees.  We are looking for committed individuals to expand the current range of trustee skills.  If you are an experienced professional, with an interest in children and young people’s mental health, and could commit to playing an active role in the management of YESS then we would love to hear from you.  We are looking for Trustee’s with specific knowledge and experience in PR, Marketing, and Fundraising.

If you would like more information about the role of the Trustee please contact a member of the team on enquiries@yes-s.org.uk.

We always have exciting projects that we are working on to generate additional funds to support the work of YESS.  If you are a creative thinker, have drive to work on projects, and time to support the organisation then please contact us at enquirie@yes-s.org.uk.
