When we lose someone we can feel heaps of mixed feelings, as we try to cope with what has
happened, this could be feeling angry, sad, confused, guilty or struggling to feel anything at
Grief / loss does not have a textbook to tell us how or what to feel, and sometimes it is hard to
understand- why am I not feeling the same as other people. – This is quite normal, what is
important is for you to take your time; as you find your own personal way to help cope with
